30-Day Easy Returns

Not happy with your tee? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is unworn and in original condition.

When We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement

We will provide a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:

• ✓ The shirt arrives damaged or defective
• ✓ You received the wrong size, color, or design
• ✓ The print quality does not match the product photos
• ✓ Your order is lost in shipping

How to Request a Return

Contact us at hello@tiklife.shop with your order ID and a description of the issue (a photo helps for damaged items). We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Sizing

If your tee does not fit, check our size chart on the product page — we are happy to exchange for a different size within 30 days.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge right away.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are always happy to resolve issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
